Data Deletion Policy

NutraForge Technologies Inc. respects your right to control your personal data. This policy outlines what happens when you request deletion of your account and data from the NutraForge Consumer App or NutraForge Pro Practitioner Platform.
1. What Will Be Deleted
1.1 Consumer App Users
- Personal information: name, email, profile details
- All stored health and nutrition data: meal logs, hydration logs, nutrition preferences, AI insights
- Account connections: login credentials and Auth0 authentication data
1.2 NutraForge Pro Practitioners
- Practitioner account information: name, email, organization details, credentials
- Client management data: client roster, assignments, practitioner notes
- AI analysis history: all AI chat interactions and analysis requests related to clients
- Macro target configurations set for clients
Important for practitioners: Deleting your NutraForge Pro account will disassociate all connected client accounts from your practice. Clients who have individual NutraForge Consumer App subscriptions will retain access to their own accounts. Clients whose app access was included in your Pro subscription will lose access at the end of the current billing period.
2. What Will Be Retained
- Anonymized Data — De-identified, aggregated analytics data used for research and product improvement
- Invoices and Transaction Records — Retained as required by Canadian tax law and financial regulations
- Audit and Security Logs — Minimal technical records retained for fraud prevention and security compliance
- Backups — Deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before automatic purging
3. Subscription Handling After Deletion
- Stripe (NutraForge Pro): We will attempt to automatically cancel your subscription. If automatic cancellation is not possible, we will send a manual confirmation email.
- Apple App Store / Google Play: You must cancel your subscription directly through your Apple ID settings or Google Play subscriptions. Account deletion does not automatically cancel platform-managed subscriptions.
- Refunds: Account deletion does not automatically trigger a refund. Refund requests are handled separately per our Terms of Service.
4. How to Request Deletion
- 1Email us at support@nutraforge.ca from the email address associated with your account. Include “Data Deletion Request” in the subject line.
- 2Verify your identity. We will send a verification email to confirm your request.
- 3Data deleted within 30 days of identity verification.
- 4Confirmation email sent once deletion is complete.
